Delirio: ¿“Fantasma” en la Psicosis?

Resumen
Múltiples psicoanalistas se han ocupado de establecer las diferencias entre las estructuras neurótica y psicótica, describiendo esta última en términos de falla o déficit. En la misma línea, existe un cierto consenso en la comunidad psicoanalítica respecto de la ausencia de fantasma en la psicosis. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo cuestionar dicha afirmación guiándose con el interrogante: ¿Es el delirio una respuesta fantasmática en la psicosis? Con el fin de responderlo, se procederá a realizar un recorrido teórico que abordará autores clásicos y contemporáneos franceses y argentinos orientación psicoanalítica de escuela francesa en una exhaustiva revisión de los conceptos: psicosis, delirio, transferencia y fantasma.

Abstract
Multiple psychoanalysts have dealt with establishing the differences between neurotic and psychotic structures, describing the latter in terms of failure or deficit. Along the same lines, there is a certain consensus in the psychoanalytic community regarding the absence of phantom in psychosis. The objective of this work is to question this affirmation guided by the question: Is delirium a phantasmatic response in psychosis? In order to answer it, we will proceed to carry out a theoretical journey that will deal with French and Argentine classical and contemporary authors, with psychoanalytic orientation of the French school in an exhaustive review of the concepts: psychosis, delirium, transference and phantom.
