Actos sexuales violentos en adolescentes

Resumen
Se describen aspectos procesales, institucionales y clínicos de una causa judicial de un adolescente imputado por el delito de abuso sexual con acceso carnal a su hermana de 8 años. Se detallan obstáculos y potencialidades en la creación ad hoc de un dispositivo de intervención interinstitucional desde el cual se pensaron estrategias individuales, grupales y familiares -desde el Psicoanálisis de las Configuraciones Vinculares- que pudieran favorecer la situación del joven imputado, ante un inminente egreso del Centro de régimen Cerrado donde se hallaba alojado bajo la modalidad de prisión preventiva. Se comparten algunas reflexiones en torno a los delitos contra la integridad sexual, partiendo de un diagnostico que contemple los factores etiológicos y contextuales que permitan diseñar estrategias superadoras de las frecuentes limitaciones ligadas a la fragmentación de acciones ejercidas por distintas instituciones estatales que no logran una capacidad dialógica entre sí, necesaria para operar en casos cuyas complejidades se asemejan a las que se presentan en este trabajo.

Abstract
Procedural, institutional and clinical aspects of a judicial case of a teenager accused of the crime of sexual abuse with carnal access to his 8-year-old sister are described. Obstacles and potentialities are detailed in the ad hoc creation of an inter-institutional intervention device from which individual, group and family strategies were thought -from the Psychoanalysis of the Linkage Configurations- that could favor the situation of the accused youth, before an imminent discharge from the Closed regime center where he was staying under the modality of preventive detention. Some reflections are shared regarding crimes against sexual integrity, based on a diagnosis that contemplates the etiological and contextual factors that allow designing strategies to overcome the frequent limitations linked to the fragmentation of actions carried out by different state institutions that do not achieve a capacity dialogic among themselves, necessary to operate in cases whose complexities resemble those presented in this work.
